JERRY'S ALL PURPOSE SEASONING
(With or Without MSG)
This all purpose seasoning has been designed to be put on or in anything you are cooking (that ain't movin'!) . . . liberally rub on a brisket before putting it into the oven or in your smoker . . . Sprinkle on any cut of steak for that wonderful down home taste . . . Season your chicken before cooking or if deep frying the chicken sprinkle it on the chicken and add some to the flour . . . If baking a chicken season the chicken before baking . . . When frying fish add the seasoning to the cornmeal or sprinkle it on the fish before cooking on the grill . . . This seasoning is great on any vegetable . . . I like to put butter in a skillet, season my asparagus with Jerry's and saute until the asparagus becomes soft but still crunchy . . . Season your roast with Jerry's before cooking in the oven . . . When cooking for hunters I use it on any kind of game . . . dove, quail, wild turkey breast, deer, elk, moose, or bear . . . However, I have never used it on opossum!
FAJITA SEASONING
WITH MESQUITE FLAVOR

This seasoning is really something! It takes fajitas to a whole new level . . . The mesquite flavor gives the fajitas a taste of the true southwest . . . Liberally sprinkle the seasoning on the fajitas before cooking. . . Everyone has their own way of cooking fajitas, but I cook mine in a plow disc that has been oiled and cleaned over an open fire. . . Just season the fajitas and throw them on the cooker with onion and bell peppers stirring and moving them around until they are ready then serve with warm tortillas.
This seasoning is also great on steaks, roast, wild game, and cabrito . . . It gives you the wonderful flavor with the hint of mesquite.
BUTTER FLAVORED LEMON PEPPER WITH CHIPOTLE
Man is this seasoning different! It is awesome on chicken, pork chops, or mixed into a green salad. . . It works real nice on green vegetables such as green beans, broccoli, asparagus, spinach, or any green veggies and, it is really something on Smoked Salmon or other baked or grilled Fish. . . It just cain't get much better than our hot lemon pepper with butter and chipotle! Not real hot . . . but just right hot!
JALAPENO SIZZLING SALT

If you like to jazz up flavor a notch . . . this seasoning is out of sight . . . You can add it to anything you are cooking that would usually use salt in and it will give you that wonderful flavor that only jalapeno can offer . . . Add it to pinto beans, green beans, any vegetables, steak, brisket fajitas or roast . . . It will add the jalapeno flavor and a little spicy heat to whatever you are cooking . . . This seasoning will give you pizzazz when mixed or used alone when seasoning your food.
BRISKET RUB
The brisket rub is for those who like a nice sweet rub for their Bar-B-Que . . . I like to use it on brisket, ribs, chicken, pork or anything I bar-b-que . . . Many times I will rub it on a brisket along with my Jerry's All Purpose Seasoning . . . I have won many brisket cook-offs by using the combination of the Brisket Rub and Jerry's All Purpose Seasoning and also adding a little of the Jalapeno Sizzling Salt.
Chuckwagon Chili Mix
Our newest offering is our Chuckwagon Chili Mix. For a quick and wonderful meal, you really need to try this. All you have to do is follow these instructions for a simple, great chili meal for up to 4 persons:

Brown 1-1.5# of hamburger.
Add (6) tbls of Chuckwagon Chili Mix, plus (1) 8oz can of tomato sauce,plus (8) ozs of water. Simmer for 20 minutes.
For a spicier chili, while chili is simmering and to suit your taste, add more of Chuckwagon Chili Mix and/or Jalapeno Sizzling Salt.
Don’t forget to season the meat with Jerry’s All Purpose Seasoning!
